Recently, had a bad experience with a painting company hired
by my condo association. The painter painted a brand new garage door shut it took two big men from Precision to get it unstuck. If you know anything about paint, it sticks in humid weather. Kristen told me is closed the case, I could reopen it and they would pursue it. What a relief because that could happen.
The painting company started to harass me so unprofessional.

The Better Business Bureau serving West Florida was a tremendous success in helping my family resolve an issue that we couldn’t resolve on our own. My family was recently in a turbulent situation where we had been taken advantage of by a large company to say the least. My complaint was valid yet to no avail could I get any resolution on my own. Wisely, I sought the help of the BBB & before I knew it I had what felt like an Army working day & night for my family! My family thanks our local Better Business Bureau serving West Florida immensely & feels blessed to know that we have an organization we can trust to help advance our local marketplace trust. I was scammed by a company using the Costco face page. Since I thought this was a legit free trial from Costco (I'm a member) I fell for this phishing scam. Nowhere on this page was there any small print. I always check. A month later I was charged around 200.00 from my checking account from three different companies. When I called them, they gave me the run around and said it was my fault, because I didn't cancel a year's worth of this product. I then called my bank and filed a complaint with the BBB. The BBB did an outstanding job following through and getting my money refunded. It wasn't so much the money, but that these companies continue to get away with these phishing scams. I have total confidence in the BBB and will always use them when I know I'm in the right. Thank you BBB!

The BBB help me to resolve my issues with a health insurance agency, that has fraudulent business practices. The BBB worked with this company on my behalf. I am so thankful.
