This place is full of a bunch of thieves. Only buy a Volvo and have it taken care of here if you don't mind being ripped off. And told that you need parts that you don't need. Have never had a mechanic from a Authorized Dealer tell me to "Just keep replacing parts till we find the problem". What a joke!

I bought a used XC 90 from Volvo of Clearwater a couple of months ago. I was told by the dealership's sales manager, Andy Marrero, that the reason they wanted so much for the car was that it was in perfect condition. I took their word for it only to find that according to CarFax the car had been in 2 accidents, one quite severe. When I approached Mr. Marrero and the owner of the dealership, Dan O'Malley, about this misrepresentation and the fact that they had charged me nearly $10,000 more than the car's value, they told me, "Too bad. Never trust a used car salesman. Do your own due diligence!" I've learned not to trust these people. Maybe I can save you some grief. Avoid Volvo of Clearwater at all costs.
