I went Dillards this past Saturday to purchase cosmetics to get the gift with purchase and ... they ran out of the gifts to give. After spending over a hundred dollards on two items I was told that there was no more to be given out. All I am recieving in return from the two people I have talked to is I' m sorry it was first come first serve. I believe in this time of Christmas that they should be over stocked with products. Not the other way around... so I have to walk away empty handed and be glad with what I have. I feel that is poor planning and for business at this time of economic crisis. I have shopped at this store for at least 15 years now I do not believe I am going back. I will start to buy directly from Origins it self.
