I would prefer to assign zero (0) stars, but one is the minimum. This company provides the WORST service - consistently and without fail they will "miss" pickups. Calling their office does not help. When and if they answer your call, you simply get lip service. I held on for 6 months, but eventually cancelled and switched to Waste Management. If they go out of business, it will be well deserved.
