Horrible!!! Down right dismissive! Seriously dangerous to see this lady! When help is needed she denies treatment to avoid liability rather than actually providing care. Incompetent and zero empathy! I left in tears and no options!

Awful experience. The doctors husband work as her receptionist, he should not be dealing with people who,are seeking care. My experience left me in tears. This was the equivalent for seeking care for heart problems from cardiologist and the experience caused you to have a massive heart attack. I had a really awful panic attack due to my experience here. Awful awful awful

On my first appointment she told me this is her time! All because I did not follow her exact scripted first appointment process where she looks at the computer and asks scripted questions. She was rude and totally full of herself! I thought I was paying her for her time! I have never got up and left a Dr. appointment! I did with her. Must need to be in control! I think she needs counseling! I gave her 1 star only because she took the trouble to go to medical school and graced us with her presence!

Dr. Neeley was the first Doctor that I have been to who actually took time to understand the problems I was having. She was also the first to offer me an explanation of how the medication I was taking actually worked. She also helped me to work through living with my condition. Dr. Neeley is a very compassionate doctor and I would recommend her to anybody who is looking for someone who actually cares.

money hungry. Does not listen at all. Will quickly prescribe meds and move to next client. Only writes scripts for 30 days max and will not call anything in without collecting for a visit. Also charges for missed visits while in hospital. Very uncooperative and this was acknowledged by primary care physician. Husband works front desk and pretends he knows more about whats going on than he does. Will not recommend.
