I registered for and paid for a class and they sent an email the day before the class that the class was cancelled. I took a class somewhere else and requested a refund. They said their Terms and Conditions had a "no refunds" clause so they refused to refund my money. Admittedly, I didn't read the Terms and Conditions, which I would have had to click on a separate link to read, but they didn't even make an attempt to be fair. What they did instead was end me a new schedule for a different class that I could attend about a month into the future, but my understanding is that they have a habit of repeatedly scheduling and cancelling classes until you just give up.

SCAMMERS! NOT a legit business. I erroneously bought a gift certificate for my lady--a retired sergeants major--thinking they were FiringLine range and specifically put on there "SHE'S ACQUIRED HER CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMIT RECENTLY. NEEDS BRIEFING ON HER WEAPON. The director called me a few times but never leaves a good number ... blocked-unknown ... they DO NOT HAVE A HOME OFFICE and use post offices to establish business residences. For $50??? This company is hurting for revenue and NOT A LEGIT COMPANY APPARENTLY. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY CLASSES ... READ THE OTHER REVIEWS! They take your money and complain about paypal not being able to refund.

I registered for a class 3 months out, and needed to cancel... NO REFUND...NO WAY! I am very unimpressed with equip2conceal's business practices, and their customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I paid for a class they cancelled.

Was re-booked on a different date.

They cancelled that one too.

I asked for a refund. Was told absolutely no way.

They have a Better Busiiness Bureau alert on them.

Go somewhere else

I missed a class and these guys wouldn't issue a credit, refund or anything. Good bye $135
