If you are a fan of red roots and blond for the rest of your head Dottie is your lady. I told her the top of my head was a different color and she told me, "You need to go home and put on your make up and get used to it. You're fine." Two color corrections later and the top of my head is still a complete different color, brighter than the rest, and now I don't like the rest of my hair much either. My normal hair girl tried to fix as much as she could, but Dottie messed my hair up so badly there was really little to do. Not to mention I paid just as much, if not more, then I would at a high end salon. Dottie should really look into another career option, as hair is clearly not her talent!

Long waits. Under staffed. Poor customer service. They assisted 2 others who came in after me. I sat there for 15 minutes. The other 3 were assisted in 10 seconds.

please it was a disaster...I now have orange hilites and dark brown hair...it’s a disaster, makes me look funny, no one likes it,

and to try to FIX it will only mean more chemicals on my hair. I am going list the bad things that horribly trained hairdresser did...Fantastic Sams is only FAIRLY good for hair cuts and perms for old ladies. Their prices are about the same as higher end beauty salons...sooooo I keep asking myself WHY WHY did I do this? Because it was close to home...NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I do like haircut I have now, but it’s been around for 30 years...I remember when it came out...Anyway, don’t expect to meet up with a Trained COLOR ARTIST at Fantastic Sams....And Danielle should go back to school for additional training..she did not listen, did not comprehend the picture I showed her with the idea and color that I wanted and she agreed she could attain this, and did not understand and did not accomplish what I wanted.

She was aware that my hair had SEMI-Permanent coloring in it and she never once said it was going to be a problem.

Shame on Fantastic Sams....to have someone so poorly trained in Hilites applications.

After a few washings, the Orange is now turning with a green hue....disgusting work.
