My wife and I were at the Clearwater store last night. We were not going to go because of all the bad reviews. It goes to show, you can't always believe what you read. This store was great to us. Well here is a positive review in a negative world. Great people, very friendly from the floor staff to the cash register staff. The selection was overwhelming. Just go!!! You will find what you need. Remember not everyone has a great day everyday.

This store has the worst customer service I have experienced in a retail setting. Not only baf customer service but employees treat you like you are second hand citizens. They have the the attitude that they are doing you a favor when you walk into their store. If you shop this store just be aware of the lack of service and the ample negative attitude towards customers.

Bought 2000 Square feet of Tiles. When my tile installer went to pick up he noticed there were 4 different lot numbers. The Store manager assured him they all matched. They were on pallets and shrink wrapped so he accepted them on the managers word. Brought them home, opened the boxes and they did NOT match. After several calls over 5 days to the manager and being handed off to another manager I was getting nowhere fast. Finally the know nothings, do nothings (never returned my calls) handed me over to Mike Dorr. I was so ticked I went in person and was going to cancel the order and tell them to go and pick up their tiles. Mike came up to me, shook my hand and in 5 short minutes straightened everything out. It is amazing. What the others knew not or cared not to do Mike Dorr fixed in minutes. In large corporations it is easy for incompetent people to get ahead by taking the credit of the work done by those under them.If you are going to purchase there ask for Mike Dorr.

My boyfriend and I went there to check out their laminate flooring and found their prices were very good and the employees were very helpful and personable. We plan on using them for all our flooring needs.
