To whom it may concern,
I will be missing my appointment today as well as any future appointments. The reason for this I will explain. 1st I was in no pain when I first came in to be seen. I just thought I would get my teeth shaped and whitened before my wedding. 2nd a person whom was interviewing made my temp i.e. the mold for my new crown, which never fit right which I complained about and was evidenced by the fact that it would not stay in. Dr. Habiner was dismissive and explained that I was wrong for not having come in on thanksgiving though I did mention to the staff that it had fallen out and asked if it was a problem and was assured no it was not. She berates and belittles her staff in front of patients which is unprofessional and uncomfortable. I have had fillings, extractions and root canals but this is the most pain I have ever been in. The Dr. used a bite on me during surgery knowing I have TMJ. I have a very expensive crown which to this day hurts and so I am not returning. The rest of the staff is awesome. I will be sending in the rest of the money for this but I shall never return and must find a new dentist, to fix the pain in my mouth because of this ill-fitting crown, my teeth still not whitened nor shaped.

I’ve known Laura for many years and she has truly been an honest great dentist ppl who would say different may have their own views but I highly recommend her and trust her fir all my dental care

Dr. Habner is a hero to me. I have been to 5 dentists in last year and half with major problems. 2 people referred me to her. She was a welcome surprise. She and her staff have helped me get my teeth back on track after neglecting them for about 3 years when my husband became very ill. They are clean, professional, non judgemental, and did a great job of getting me out of pain and doing it at the most reasonable rates. Love her.
