I booked my move on 9/20/14, a week before I was to move the following Friday (9/26/14). Set everything up with Gary who is the brother of Richard the owner for 9am on Friday. Packed up the house, got everything ready for moving day. I was confident in my decision that I hired a great company...until moving day.



Here's my experience:



9am day of move, no movers, no courtesy call.

9:30am I called both numbers I had for them, straight to voicemail. So I called again because I needed to know the ETA as I had to be at the new house at a set time to let the internet company in.

9:45am Richard (owner finally answers my call) tells me he first doesn't have me on the schedule. I told him I set everything up with his brother Gary the week prior for 9am. Then he miraculously finds my name, but says he didn't set a time and the best he could do is get to my house until 2pm-3pm. Of course annoyed, but left with a packed house I accepted the time slot.

2:45pm No movers, no courtesy call once again. I called and was told again by Richard the owner that they were behind and would likely be there around 4pm.

4pm No movers, no courtesy call (shocker). I call and finally get Gary to answer. He puts me on the phone with his brother Richard (apparently the boss). Richard tells me he can't get a truck out there today, flat tire, getting late, doesn't move late at night and can be there the NEXT DAY between 10-12 in the morning. I replied that it was unacceptable and that I had been reserved for a week and also that I had to keep calling all day for updates and could have hired someone else if I had known they couldn't make it.

***Richard says...well that's all I can do and if you don't like it find yourself another moving company and abruptly hangs up!



MOVERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY! LUCKILY I WAS ABLE TO CALL A REFERRED MOVER FROM A FAMILY MEMBER AND GET MOVED OUT OF THE HOUSE IN A TIMELY AND RESPECTABLE FASHION.
