Eye Doctor’s Optical Outlets
Each Eye Doctor’s Optical Outlets location is doctor-owned, uniting the staff with a common vision to sharpen sight and boost eye health. Eye examinations reveal prescriptions and uncover any other ocular problems. After patients choose a new set of lenses, the in-house technicians get to work crafting them in the shop’s own lab rather than sending them off to be made during a summer camp’s arts and crafts day. Sundry designer frames border eyes in looks from Giorgio Armani and Marc Jacobs to Nike and Harley Davidson, and there is usually a trio of technicians in the shop, enabling multiple clients to summon help with a single pigeon call. Doctors can also help patients select the right contact lenses from brands such as Acuvue and Bausch & Lomb.

I was not acknowledged upon entering the store. I had to ask to be helped and the doctor that was on duty was totally inept. He did NOT know what he was doing at all. He did not even dialate my sons' eyes for the exam.

This store is awful! First they transcribed my prescription from the doctor wrong and because of that my contact lenses were made incorrectly. I have been waiting now for two weeks to receive them in the mail after I had to take them back to the store to get them made with the correct prescription. The clerks in the retail area are so unprofessional sitting around texting and eating snacks! Totally no management over them. The doctor is a freak with her bouffant hairstyle. I pretty sure she is socially challenged! I didn't even want to give them a one star but it is the only way I could write a review. If I was you I wouldn't go to this place!!

Horrible customer service. They were impatient with me and kept pushing for me to choose more expensive options.

The doctor never smiled, as very short, and got my prescription wrong 3 times. I came back four times to change my contact prescription, but none of them allowed me to read my computer screen without seeing double. I can't even read books or see signs when I drive.

They actually gave up on me and told me that they couldn't do anything else.

I was forced to pay for the contacts, the contact and glasses exam, as well as my glasses.

Worst place ever to go for glasses. The docotor shuffles you out as quick as possible. Most places you can get your glasses in about an hour, here you have to wait a week and that week turned into 10 days for me and then they ordered the wrong prescription so I had to wait another week. I was told someone would call me but no one ever did. Worst customer service ever. Go anywhere else.

I can not believe this store is in Countryside Mall

Buyer beware !!! I have had the most unpleasant experience I can only imagine. This stores customer service is poor, quality is extremely poor and craftsmanship is poor. If you can go around the cornor or the next block over do. Find a well known, worthy eye care specialist who will service your needs not the needs of their wallets. Remember, if not for customers they (Optical Outlet, Countryside Mall) would not be there.
