I am a veteran of the United States and my husband is currently deployed. My son received a traffic citation back in May. I contacted this law firm through word of mouth from a friend/coworker of mine. I called this firm four times looking for Mark Mohammed and instead was greeted by his ASSistant Geoffery Cheney. I was instructed to pay the one time fee of $125 and they would handle the rest. I emailed Mr.Cheney about a month later and asked him if I needed to do anything and he says no they will handle everything. Months later I received a letter from the DMV saying that my sons license would be suspended since he had not done the four hour online defensive driving course nor paid any of the court costs. HELLO I never received any letters and when I called the firm and spoke with Mr.Cheney he says they sent the letter and maybe my son checked the mail and never gave it to me and now his job is done. I am not satisfied and I will be letting others know exactally what they have to deal with. Till this day I still havent spoken to Mr.Mohammed. PLEASE CHECK OUT YOUR FIRMS PRIOR TO PAYING THE FEES TO RETAIN THEM.
