Dont' bother.

I got a newsletter printed and the folding was not correct. I asked them what they would suggest I do about it and they

did not offer to fix it. They had already charged me for it so I could not reverse the charge. The job was not done

correctly and they did not make good on it. I would not recommend them. My son and will spend two evenings or

more refolding them which has delayed the mailing.

We recieved her order for the newsletter which was then folded in the customary style. The customer did not tell us this job was being mailed and required a special fold. We try our best to accommodate our customers and if any errors are made on our part we correct them immediately. We value our customers, have been in business over 30 years, and have thousands of happy repeat clients.
