Please don't use this company. I was directed here by Frigidaire, and wished I had done my homework first. I have been without my brand new stovetop for over a month, having had 3 mainboards shipped and each one broken. No communication from the company despite repeated promises that they would get back to me. They won't set a time to show up even if you request it, which is not a way to run a business. People work, and asking for an appointment after 3pm is not an unreasonable request. After over a month without a stove, one would think they could at least be somewhat accommodating...nope.

I have dealt with Quality Appliance for 28 years and many have come and gone, but this company still survives. My thoughts are..they have always provided me with the utmost attention and quality servicing on ALL my kitchen and laundry appliances. They are reasonable, fast and assuredly efficient! They have been with my family for many, many years!

I had service done on my dishwasher by quality appliance and the technician was fantastic! He was prompt and very friendly. Not only did he quickly fix the problem but he also fixed the settings on the dishwasher, gave tips on how to run it more efficiently and left me with a bunch of samples of dishsoap that he though would help the buildup on my dishes. Overall the service I received was great! I would refer this service to anyone.

I was having a problem with my...

I was having a problem with my front loader clothes washer not starting. I called Quality Appliance Service the day after Christmas in the afternoon. They had a technician to my house first thing the next morning. The problem was the locking mechanism on the door. If the door doesn't lock, the machine won't start. He fixed my washer in less than an hour for $109.00 total for the repair and the service call. He said if we have this problem again to call them back right away and they would order a new mechanism and put it in for us and credit us for the first service call. Great service and honest people!

Ten minute fix - I guess that's the GOOD part.

Total bill = $233.23 for the $82.47 part.

Insane

But, if I told him "no", I'd have to pay him $69.50 for nothing!

Oh well...live and learn!

Next time I'll research for a company with good references.

Poor Quality Appliance Service

Appliance has same problem after repair.Overcharged for 15 min. repair 165.50 that does not include part. Quality appliance not willing to make appt. times convenient for customers, worried more about technicians efficiency. Price rates for this company not clear, just don't trust this company.
