I have had work done before at this shop, so when I need a small repair, I did not hesitate to bring my truck in for an estimate. After working with the insurance company that was at fault for my damage, I called to set an appointment at the request of the insurance company. I had to leave a voice mail,but gave them the details that I needed to get this scheduled. I did not get a return call, so I called again. This time, I just pressed zero for an operator or someone to answer the phone. I explained the situation and was told, that the person that wrote the estimate is the only one that can schedule an appointment and he is off for the next couple of days. I would have to try next week. I find that to be ZERO customer service at the very least. Obviously, they are doing the public a favor by dealing with us and they will do it at their leisure. Needless to say, they have lost a customer for life, and I am shopping for another repair shop

Great facility. They do great work, and stand by their work. Mike Kekllas made me feel like a valued customer.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I only went here because GEICO recommended I take my car here. I drove it into this repair shop, and they did not fix anything except the cosmetic portion. They completely ignored the check engine light, and returned it to me with the light on. The car broke down immediately upon receiving the vehicle from them. it was returned to them, and they broke parts in their attempt to fix the vehicle, which they were unable to do, because according to them, "they are not mechanics". They eventually towed the car to Audi who was actually qualified to do the work. They informed me this shop broke parts in my vehicle and not fixing the original issue that the check engine light showed, and ruined it. DO NOT EVER GO HERE...and when you make an honest review, prepare to get a threatening phone call from the owner..real professional

Very Nice Estimators, Terrible manager, I was involved in an accident with my Lexus and my insurance company told me to bring my car to Roberts Collision. What a mistake, they ruined my car, the paint looks terrible, the parts look like they don't fit properly, My car now pulls to the left and now my 1 year old Lexus has numerous noises and vibrations, I talked with the manager at Roberts Collision and he told me there was nothing he could do, he was too busy at the moment, he suggested I should learn how to drive... I will never take my car there again.

My car was sent to Roberts Collision as a Geico repair service. The body work had a couple minor issues but I was told it had nothing to do with the repair work. I know when people are skirting the issue and talking around the situation. I would never bring my car back there and I am considering changing insurance companies. Good Old Boy's.

This is an authorized Geico repair shop. If I had to have any body work done after this accident I would never bring my car back to Roberts. When returning my car with a few issues I walked away with no resolution with the two issues as I was told had nothing to do with the work they did. After viewing a few interactions with customers while I was waiting I walked away with a very bad feeling.

Did an inusurance claim with work OK- just took Truck in for a front end one strip to paint; JC quoted me $176 which was fine- later called back and said he forgot materials and jacked it to $300 for a tiny bumper strip paint job on a truck. Don't go there with any private paint job. Watch JC

I've used Roberts on two occasions, once for rear end damaged caused by an inept tow truck operator, and more recently for damage to my right front bumper due to road debris. In both cases the work was performed in a very timely manner, and the results were excellent. I could see no evidence of the damage whatsoever. I worked with Chris Beyer and he was outstanding. My schedule is very chaotic, and Chris was ver proactive about keeping me informed as to the status of my repairs, and very flexible in arranging my vehicle pickup. While I hope to not see them again, if you require body work, they do a very professional job.

Roberts was very professional and did an amazing job. Very good quality work. Recieved my car in a better condition then when i bought it! They were very helpful in assisting me with questions about the insurance company as well!

After being rear ended in my Shelby GT, my Classic Mustang shop recommended Roberts for the repair.

I took the car there, they went over it, walked me thru the process & said the car would be done in 2 days. The next day I received a call that it was completed. When I went to look at how they had repaired it, I was amazed that I couldn't find where the damage was. Most Excellent! Not only that, they were able to repair the original bumper, so I still have all original parts on my car!



I am now taking my 1965 Mustang Fastback GT & 1964 1/2 Mustang Convertable there for paint and repair, knowing they will do an excellent job.
