I spoke to Peggy who was transferred from another lady. This lady was very nice, made sure that I did not hang up or lose connection. Once Peggy came on she was quick, had all the information I needed to order gift out of state for my handicapped mother. I spent maybe 2-3 minutes total on cell phone at around 0615 Las Vegas time. It truly is a pleasure to work with nice, cordial, efficient representatives, it makes one want to be in their presence because human nature wants to feel good, feel they are the most important at the moment. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression!

Rude customer service..I called to ask a question about my computer and she was pushing me off and kept putting me on hold to talk to another customer and she was even asking that customer.. " what do you want , a video game? well if you just hold on ill open the case for you " and then she finally came back to the phone and she was being so short. She didn't even answer my question. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
