The centers were paid to take care of my uncles money and interests. He was paralyzed from the neck down. They charge high fees and failed to set aside final funeral expenses as instructed per myself and his legal documents. His case worker said she forget and didnt realize he was that sick. He is a bedridden quad with a trachea?!! I ended up paying for all my uncles funeral and his handicapped renovation which was supposed to be paid from his trust. They did not completely repay me after they asked me to pay for his expenses and they would reimburse me. They were reluctant to disbursement requests and did not do so in a timely manner. At the time of his death they had a stack of disbursement request in there possession for over two months and failed to repay me per our arrangement and per his legal documents. I have receipts and emails with the centers asking me to hold the construction requests and that they would pay me at once. What a nightmare! They acted as if my uncles money was coming from their pockets. Im currently out of pocket almost $30,000. Do not hire this company!! I was poorly advised and they are not looking out for the client or his caretakers.
