MORGAN took care of me not only with awesome customer service but also worked with me on a reasonable price on gear in the store. she gave me time to make a decision and we had some good laughs. really great customer service. I bought a Can Am Spyder from West Coast .Kevin is a great salesman ,he was very attentive to getting me the spyder I wanted at a fair price.Zack was also great with my financing.I would not of purchased here if I didn't have these 2 guys who were very professional working for me in purchasing my bike.Parts department workers were also great in the area of helping me with my helmet purchase.I really appreciate Kevin and Zack for their sincere help. Hello all, they say they rock with customer service and experience! well do not purchase or use this shop if you have problems, they don't honor their work, i also purchased a new battery that is 4 days out of warranty 1 year!!! and they will not honor, money grubbers! also when I was there getting work done many mechanics had to ask each other how a simple task was done, I believe they just hire anyone off the streets, here is your fare warning!!!!

Sales associate, Chris Jones made my purchase of my 2014 honda CTX motorcycle one of the best ever! He was wonderful to work with as he was very knowledgeable, offered options of payment and even helped with shipping. Always available to answer questions and even delivered my new bike to my residence. Overall this dealership has alot of inventory and personnel....do not go anywhere else!!

This Dealership is AWESOME. What I like the most is they are honest, no B S, no hidden agenda, just 100 % straightforward. They sell too many bikes to waste time and the customer?s time. Justin and West Coast Powersports renewed my faith in GREAT customer service. I called looking for a part for almost a 20 year old bike. He said I will do what I can to find you what you are looking for and he did just that. He found my parts and ordered them. I called two other parts places before my call with Justin and all giving me the same message; Good Luck, you will have to go to eBay or the junk yard its too old of a bike. Going forward I will only be calling West Coast Powersports for questions and parts for my bikes. The respect and service I was shown was excellent!

Watch out , these guys would sell you the titanic and say it was in perfect condition to make a sale , if they thought they could get away with it ! I was told the bike I was interested in was super clean.......yeah right. After making the deal via the phone I drove my bike with title in hand and several thousand dollars in wallet only to be sorely disappointed. My advise, dont expect a true honest assessment from this dealership on there used inventor , (via), the phone.

Avoid the service department at all costs! They ended up charging me more than they said it would cost to fix my bike and the bike isn't even fixed! The service manager-plain and simple doesn't care! Now I have to take my bike elsewhere to actually get it fixed. What a waste of time and money! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have just purchased a 2011 Suzuki DR 650se. My third Motorcycle purchase from these folks in the past two years. Again the professionalism, the can-do attitude and excellent pricing has made it happen again!! Their commitment to a professional Service dept under the direction of Ben. The Parts Dept. always helpful and efficient under the leadership of Werner. A Big Thanks to Kevin, for the great deal and follow up to make it happen again and again! Then there's Shawn, the person who brings it all together! It just doesn't get any better than this.

Garbage store, they took me for over 3,000 dollars.. I bought a starter bike here. they were not HELPFUL at all bike broke 3 times within the first month, they only helped me out the first time it broke down, the other 2 times they said it was my respoinsibility.. cause it was used.. Bike was a lemon and they did not care..

They ripped me off took me for over 3,000 on a motorcycle. Bike broke down right after I bought it. They told me it was used and there was nothing they could do about it. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

They get you in and out...never rip you off...and know what they're doing. I would recommend them anytime over Barney's or anyone else in the area.
