Steer clear of this shoe store. On the outside chance you get merchandise that is worth what you paid for it ( unlikely) when you try to remedy the situation you will get nothing but a run around. The owner apparently feels the company is incapable of making a mistake of any kind on any order and should not be held responsible. My order was incorrect and even tho I had proof she refused to give me a refund stating "If I gave everyone a refund who called to complain I could not stay in business." That comment alone is very telling. In my opinion if you're getting that many complaints yu shouldn't be in business in the first place!
