I moved here as it was close to work, i did not want to sign a long terms lease, so i paid a higher rate than most, My first issue, my front door key did not work well, i stopped at the ofifce and let them know, was told they will take care off it. Got home that night, my key would not open my door. I had to call emergecy services, after 3 phone callsand over an hour later, i finally got some one to drill out the lock and give me a new key. I stopped by the office after two days as there was a work order in my unit stating there was not problem, I wrote on the work order, the reason why there was no issue as two nights ago they came and fixed the lock, while it was a cold night that night. Now, i went out of town for NewYears Eve and came back and tmy hrow rug in the bathroom was soaked. I stop in the office the next day and told them, it has now been a week. Since i am paying more than most, you would expect faster service. Still nothing. I will get this fixed and find out whom owns this place to let them know, you only care about the rental payments. I would look for other places to live, i would stay away from this place as if you had a serious issue, would be scary to see the out come
