Provided by YP.comMy elderly father's whole house heater was broken. Tom from World Class Heating & Cooling Inc. came out and fixed it for under $300 which was well below the $2,000.00 that another local company wanted. The other local company also pressured my father strongly to purchase a new system ($10,000.) Tom assured my father that the existing unit was fine and that regular preventive maintenance was all that was needed.

I have used World Class Heating and Cooling Inc. for almost 4 years as he was referred to me by my best friend who also owns a duplex. Tom and his crew have worked on all 3 of my units for heating repairs and new floor heaters as well. He is reliable, friendly, honest and a good trouble shooter. He has always done good quality work and went out of his way to locate hard to find parts for my units. I have been extremely satisfied with him and his company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of heating or AC repairs. THUMBS UP!

He was courteous, knowledgeable, and super to deal with. Thanks also to Keith who came to install my unit. He worked long hours and did an excellent job. Customer service is great. The only person I have a problem with comes out of the office. Guess she is a manager but has no customer skills. She definitely should not deal with people. She may do a good job running an office but her personality and disposition leave a lot to be desired..

Since you dealt primarily with my now late husband, I was always aware of your quality of service and fairness in billing for your services. I will always remember the first time you were called and you came to install a heat pump when ours failed. I was ill and needed heat badly. You came out in horrible weather and got our system operating properly in spite of the bad weather. We never forgot that. .... You did not ever disappoint us whatsoever. He didn’t try to pressure me nor did he try to push me toward purchasing a new unit, rather he explained the benefits of repair and replacement, at that time we chose to replace. The installers were able to install the system the very next day.
The installers were very neat; they kept us informed on what they were doing and what area they were working in. They also explained everything about the system. They explained how to operate the thermostat, everything was neat and clean when they were done. Thank you so much for your honest evaluation and fair price for the a/c work you did in my condo. It is very difficult to find an air conditioning company, which has such honesty and integrity. I am recommending you to my friends!

THEY MAINLY PREY ON THE ELDERY TELLING THEM THE NEED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF NEW EQUIPMENT OR REPAIRS THAT ARE NOT NEEDED. THEY HAVE A D- RATING WITH THE BBB. THIS SHOULD TELL YOU WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THEY ARE. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE DISHONEST BLOOD SUCKERS AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.
First, we have over 7000 Preventive Maintenance Customers. These are customers that have contracts with us and we also have accumulated over 15000 satisfied customers as well. So therefore, to pose as another company is a very delusional assumption. Secondly, we are a Preventive Maintenance Company. It is our duty to provide quality customer service and care to our customers systems and recommend the essentials that are needed to assist our customers with having a comfortable and healthy living environment as well as prioritizing cost saving recommendations. Thirdly, I agree we don’t have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We don’t even acknowledge the BBB and why should I pay to be a part of an organization just to receive a good rating? With the number of customers I have, not buying my way proves that my company doesn’t need to hide behind an organization to receive favors, we’re HONEST!!! I feel this is one of my competitors attempting to slander my company name and reputation. P.S. The BBB is under a class action lawsuit in practically every state they do business in, this can be confirmed by researching the Internet. This is not the type of organization we want to associate with. My advice to our present, as well as our future customers, believe half of what you see and none of what you hear. Call World Class Heating & Cooling today and judge us for yourself!

Provided by YP.comThe service was refreshing. I had heard other comments but my system had previously been serviced by World Class. So, I prepared myself. It is easy for someone to take advantage of women, but this was not the case. I had another company come out (which I won't even give them the free advertisement of mentioning their name) and they told me I didn't need a ultra violet light, just a mist to kill the mold and mildew. WOW, I know that times are tight for everyone but I'm a human being and just to make save a extra buck I would have been very stupid. My next step is a Whole House Air Cleaner and some insulation for my attic. Just when you think everyone is out for a buck, you really find a company that knows how to keep their customers and prevent any future issues. Thanks for the safety inspection and the recommendations.

We won a FREE 1 Year Preventative Maintenance Agreement at our Bingo game and thought well we can give them a call, although we used them once before. And, just when I thought I heard it all, the Safety and Inspection Check Up was the topping of the cake. We didn't need anything. We receive the monthly newsletter and my husband is always making sure he is up to date with the necessities that we need, due to my asthma. But everything was lovely. WE will definitely continue to use they and receive the newsletter for all of the other educational knowledge it provides monthly. Just call them and they will be happy to come out. To bad we already have the Ultra Violet Light System, I wish we could have got that raffle ticket. Great job World Class.
