After being on a monthly auto-charge plan for 10.99 a month for about 15 years, Zoom Tan arbitrarily raised my monthly rate to 42.90 and charged me this with NO NOTICE of any kind of the change! I cancelled my account as soon as I saw this. (BTW, I have not even used the service recently.) I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company, as Zoom is clearly unwilling to be ethical about this. I can't imagine that they will not lose a lot of customers over this. They are money hungry and willing to be fully unethical in their practices.

They have the same phone number for every location all you have to do is ask a question nobody answers the phone on hold for 30 minutes when you're only the first caller

This place is unorganized, employees aren't trained well, over priced, irresponsible and the leaders of this company do not take responsibility for their employees wrong doings. The employee that I dealt with was rude and ignorant.

Take my advice DO NOT TAN HERE this place is the worst, dirty and can't keep employees and super rude to clients and if the dark haired girl who works the morning shift doesn't like you she'll have her biker friend threaten you with bodily harm and the beds are the worst on the area and there's no local phone number for this place you have to call their corporate office where they are just as rude to you
