Provided by YP.comThis place was horrible. I ordered online and never received the order. After checking my email, I discovered that they were requesting another payment for the order. When I called to clear this up, the woman I spoke to told me she was busy and did not have time to deal with me. Further, when she asked for my order number, I told her just one second while I looked for it. Her response was, "I am waiting...I have other things to do." Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I will never order from this company again. Who knows if I will actually receive the product.
This looks like vicious attack by Chinese competitor. This review do not present any real facts and states confusing information. We take questions from our customers very seriously. Being in business 30 plus years and served over 2 million customers says a lot. This is a family business and it is built on repeat sales. Try us for yourself.
