Highly disappointed with this place. I wish I lived close by so i could walk in and talk to them face to face. I ordered flowers for my boyfriend's mother since we live in Florida and couldn't visit her this Christmas. I ordered online and received a confirmation email when it was all said and done. Christmas Eve came and went and she never received the flowers. When we called to see what happened, they claimed to have not received our order and claimed it on a glitch in the system. I understand things happen, but there was no remorse from them that my boyfriend's mother did not recieve her Christmas gift. I've called twice to speak to manager/owner, but he is always too busy to come to phone or call me back.. Those are the receptionist's words. So basically everyone else's order is clearly more important than mine. What a shame to ruin a Christmas giff and not even care to make things right. Avoid this place!

Very UNHAPPY!!! Called to order flowers for mothers day. I was told it would be a 5 dollar delivery charge. When I gave them the address I was told it would be 10.00 due to it being on the other side of Cleburne. CAUTION!!! these people make up their prices as they go along. I will never do business with them!!!!
