I bought iphone 5s 8/14 at this location. I paid $32.50 a month and less than a month later the new price is$22.92 for only 18 months(instead of 20). They would not give me a price adjustment. But more than that ,when I told a cust service rep (he said his name is Michael) that I was going online to let the public know how I feel about the situation, He said, "THAT would be th JR HIGH thing to do."

I felt ripped off and then INSULTED. This is not how to conduct business. I wont be shopping in Cleburne any more because I felt treated unfairly and rudely by this Michael. I can find more fair practice & more professional treatment elsewhere.
