My husband knowing how much I had been wanting a pair of yellowbox flip flops decided to buy me a pair for mothers day from Christis. Unfortunatly they were a size too small. We took the flip flops back 2 days later with the receipt to exchange them only to discover they were out of my size and "not sure when or if they would get any more of that style" we were told about the exchange only policy. I spent the next 30 min trying to find a style comprable to ones I had purchased and after finding only a couple that were "ok" I couldn't find my size in those either. The very unprofessional manager informed me I could invest my hard earned $50 dollars on something else besides shoes, like lugagge or a knock off purse.When I explained to her that if most people spend $50 dollars on a pair of flip flops its because they want flip flops.When I asked to speak with the owner I was informed she was "out of town and unable to be reached all day, and she will only tell you the same thing" Then the manager let me know real quick "I have worked for her (the owner) for seven years and she has never refunded anyones money no matter what the situation" So I was informed to leave a name and number and the "owner" would get back with me, that was a week ago and Im still out $50 dollars and stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit.
