Horrible communication between the hospital, doctor, staff, and patient. There is a huge lack of tact, professionalism and bed side manner. Patient satisfaction or HIPPA is NOT a priority or practice. I was LITERALLY laughed at pointed at and talked about by the staff for showing up for a scheduled surgery that I was pre- registered, pre-approved, and took all the necessary steps on my behalf to do. On top of all that no staff member doctor provider nurse technician NOBODY took time to talk to me or explain what happened or why. I definitely do not recommend this practice or provider.

Horrible communication between staff, hospital, and patient. I showed up for a scheduled surgery (After driving an 1.5 to the appointment) apparently it was canceled and the hospital no longer does them. I was scheduled, pre registered, npo, insurance verified and okayed, drove 1.5 hour. NO ONE had the decency to call me ahead of time and let me know. While I was there NO ONE spoke to me in regards to the situation. The secretaries told me "I could sit there all day because they went to lunch at noon and they weren't picking up the phone to call anybody at the hospital because they weren't qualified it was the nurse that had too and she was too busy seeing patients" I sat there for over two and a half hours. They literally just sat there and pointed at me and laughed at me in the face. Never once trying to help me. Never once trying to resolve the issue or find out any answers. Never once did I see any patients come in or out. Never once did I see the doctor or the nurse. Never once did I hear an apology. Never once has the dr. Called me to apologize or reschedule not that I would accept it anyway. I definitely do not recommend this practice their lack of professionalism and communication and bedside manners is horrible. Not to mention my whole time sitting in the lobby the partition was open and HIPAA violations were thrown through the roof. I can list of people's names date of birth and last 4 of Social Security numbers as well as diagnosis just from what I've heard from just sitting in the office.
