Provided by YP.comTook my 9 year old in there today for first time. He is awesome!!! So is the staff. The office building (old house) is a little offputting when you drive up but I love this place and Dr. Bullard was great with my child and me. Let me look at his teeth and explained everything. We will go back.

Provided by YP.comVery friendly, dentist was very thorough with my exam and explained the treatment needed so that I understood. Staff worked with me on scheduling around my job so that I could make my appointment. His staff was very polite and understanding. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family.

Provided by YPmobileTerribly rude receptionist!! I asked a lot of questions , because that's my right , and she hung up on me and told me to find another dentist since I had read bad reviews and was questioning the truth of them. I GUESS THEY ARE TRUE!! I would never go there after being talked to like that! My next stop is the BBB with these people. They need to be shut down if that's how they conduct themselves with inquiries. I guess she realized I wasn't going to be one of the type to tolerate maltreatment by a medical provider.

Provided by YP.comI absolutely love Dr. Bullard and his staff. I have neglected my teeth in favor of providing for my kids' needs for many many years, and they have not once made me feel inferior or embarrassed about the state of my teeth. They are also very quick to understand patients' needs as far as anxiety, pain, and financial situation. Their bilingual secretary is just the greatest, very courteous, fun and upbeat. I have had nothing but great results from my restorative care from Dr. Bullard, and his hygienist has a gentle touch for cleaning my tender gums. In addition to being a good dentist, he's a pleasant and friendly man when we run into him in town and at the kids' schools on occasion. I actually look forward to all the future work I need done. I had to postpone a root canal because I was pregnant and I appreciate him being so careful about the care and safety of my baby. He's a very attentive and capable dentist.

Provided by YP.comVery nice staff & dentist. I can't believe the one review that said go to crystal dental, they must work there. The dentist is very nice, always talks to me & explains everything. All the staff has been very nice to me & my children. I have a 8 year old & a 14 year old and both like going there.

Provided by YPmobileI took my son for a routine check-up as he does every 6 months they are USUALLY nice but when the dental assistant took my son back for his FIRST set of x-rays he refused. He was scared and I guess they aren't kid friendly because my son didn't know what was going on..they made me wait in lobby. As he got back to room they asked me to come in. As I entered they was trying to polish his teeth...which this was first experience in this ..he was scared. Dentist came in to examine and then left in a hurry to wait on another patient (as usual) .. my son was crying and resistant towards the assistant because he didn't know what she was doing..after that Dr. Bullard came in basically griping my son out for crying saying he had the waiting room in a frenzy..which he didn't because I had my fiancée waiting. In the dentists rudely words.. there is no need for you to be acting this way. For one he had NO RIGHT to talk to my son this way!! I found a better dentist with patience and will not be going back nor sending anyone there!!! I hope he don't have kids.. he has no patience with little ones!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comWhen I first began to take my children here I thought they were the nicest dentist in town. The doctor was very down to earth and great with the kids. Last time I went there was a couple of weeks ago. My 6 year old had been having some teeth pain and the secretary told me to come at 8:30am and I could be a walk-in and the dentist would fit me in when he could. I brought my 2 year old son with me also because he was very ill and at some point in the day I needed to get him to his pediatrician. After waiting an hour and a half I asked the secretary if she knew about how much longer because I needed to make an appointement for my 2 year old. I wasn't mad I just wanted an estimated time. She told me, "we close at 5." I was like ok..... I went and sat down and she got up and went in the back where the dentist was and seconds later they both came out to the waiting area where me and several other children and parents were and the dentist talks loudy and about the crowd while pointing his finger and says, "You knew you were a call in when you came. If and when I get through with my scheduled patients I will see your son." First of all the secretary must have went back there and told him I was being rude, which I wasn't. 2nd of all what kind of doctor doesn't leave open spaces for emergencies? My pediatrician has NEVER made me wait when my kids are sick or in pain. 3rd of all, Who runs a business like that? I RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO CRYSTAL DENTAL BY CICS PIZZA. THEY TAKE MEDICAID AND THEY ARE SWEET.
