If i could them a zero I would. I called to have new service established and the older woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. In the middle of our conversation she put me on hold to take a personal phone call. I know this because i heard her entire conversation. I waited 5 minutes before hanging up. This not the proper way to run a business.

The water is great but the people who run the place are jerks. You can be a loyal customer for years but slip up just once and forget to pay and they will cut you off without a phonecall or anything. There is no 24 hour number to reach them at either. There is no way to get your water turned back on after 5:00 pm. I suppose you can go all weekend without if they cut it on a Friday. Everyone makes mistakes. Just don't make one with these guys.
