Mitchell's installed vinyl flooring, carpet and backsplash in my house about two months ago. Mitchell's also put flooring and carpet in several houses for my two sons. We are all very satisfied with their service, product and willingness to go the extra mile. The staff are all very knowledgeable and great to work with. Our family will definitely use Mitchell's again for any flooring or tile needs.

I have been dealing with Mitchell's for more than 20 years now and have had nothing but great service and installation. Our last installation was done in April of 2016, and it was very professional. I would highly recommend them. Both Jamie and Terrie help in any way possible.

Service was great until my final payment was made. Then the issues with the hardwood floor we paid for weren't so important anymore. Floor was supposed to be one of the best but it started scratching and chipping within the first week. After months of unreturned phone calls, we were told the flooring rep was coming to look at the issue. After several more months of dealing with Mitchell's I called Armstrong flooring directly and find out the flooring rep did not work for Armstrong at all and Mitchell's never filed a claim with them. Turns out Mitchell's was bringing a distribution rep to decide if the problems were covered by warranty or not. Guess what they decided... Even after both admitted the issues were not normal and needed to be fixed while at the house. This has been over a year so far and still no progress by Mitchell's to fix the issue. The Mitchell's sales rep, Terry, even admitted that all the hollow spots in the floor were an installation issue and he needed to "visit with my installer about that!" My advice? Go somewhere else. Or at least know exactly what they are supposed to do while installing the flooring and don't let them cut corners. The hollow spots are because they didn't level the cement first. That is step 1 when installing hardwood on a cement slab.
