I’ve been going to Salon Gigi in Cleburne since it opened in October 2008, and there has never been a stylist there named Amy. The person who wrote the one star review must have gone to a different salon. Tina, the owner, is talented, professional, and treats everybody who comes into the salon like family.

I'm sad to give this salon such a low rating especially since most of the stylist here are actually pretty great, but based of my experience with one particular stylist named Amy I'm not so sure anymore. I came to get a balayge/ombré I did my research and knew what I wanted. Her first try she gave me a partial highlight and the ends were dark. She offered to correct it and I came back the second time. When she was done styling I looked through my hair and there was blotching of the coloring on some pieces I showed it to her and asked if she could fix it. She got furious, kicked me out of the salon said that I wanted my money back all along, and that she never wanted to see me again... This occurred in front many other costumers, employees, and her own daughter in the salon. I have never had costumer service like this before I felt bad and told her she could keep the money and she refused. Based off this I would advise to NEVER go to Amy as your stylist at this salon.
