I just had my Mustang aligned and was charged $ 25 extra because they had to drill out 2 rivets. I questioned the management regarding this scam, and they replied it took time away from their $60 k alignment machine. Two minutes or less to drill out 2 rivets. That is pretty good money. I waited 2 hours for the service and didnt get anything extra. No thank you.

I would like to recognize associates Phillip, Sean, Josh and Steve for their service. They did not take advantage of me for being a female and didn't mind explaining things I didn't understand. They were very helpful! I most definitely will return for my car services. Thanks guys and great job!

I am currently sitting inside terrys tire and service for just a bit over 2 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change. My truck has been in the bay jacked up on a lift for 2 hours. End result, they are waiting on a oil filter. What absolute crap. I could have walked to an auto zone and back and gotten a filter for my truck by now. This is quite possibly the worst service I have ever received and not so much as an attempt to give me a discount or even an apology. I will not be returning here ever again.

terry's tire pros are the best automotive repair service!!! i have been doing business with mark for about 8 years. AND JUST FOR THE RECORD: I HAVE NEVER HAD THE LUG NUTS COME LOOSE AND THE WHEEL FALL OFF ANY OF MY VEHICLES!!! LIKE SOME OTHER CUSTOMER HAD HAPPEN. GEE COULD IT BE SOMEONE TRIED TO STEAL YOUR WHEELS!!! I have always gotten a fair price for the services he has performed on my vehicles. and yes they are very busy 6 days a week. why?? because terry's tire has awesome customer service and quality minded people. HAVING QUALITY SERVICE TO ME IS WORTH THE WAIT WHEN IT COMES TO MY ONLY VEHICLE I HAVE.
