Firestone rips off their customers,with a smile.my wife and i brought them a 05 Chevy equinox dropped it off,n told them theres a thumping noise on the driverside strut or shock and to replace the tires with basic brands.he asked both my wife and myself for our cell number .3 hours later they call my wife instead of me n told her the truck needed a rear differential, lol she allowed it to be done thinking that was the noise.they installed.the tires I get the bill 1,800 dollars???i was reluctant but gave them my card .i bring the car home on my way to work I still hear the thumping noise.i bring it back flipped out on them and they said well we told ur wife it needed all new struts we can't just replace one...one hour later I had 4 estimates to have a new strut installed. But back too the bill they charged me 900.00 dollars for 4 basic brand tires and another 900.00 for the rear part.which I asked a reputable shop two blocks away that would install it for 300 including part.save your money go anywhere else...

I'd say they over price everything and I mean everything.they gave me a price of 3,800 for a gasket repair.5,000. For a salvaged engine with 85,000 miles.i sent it to fanelles auto repair.he found an engine for 2,000 installed with a warrantee.i also called 15 reputable repair shops for a new gasket all the prices came in at 1,200 to 1,500 .including parts and labor.theyr rip offs the vehicle was in they're shop 3 weeks prior for front end nois. They called my wife and convinced her to replace the rear main seal.the car wasn't in the shop for that.needless to say the front strut wasn't fixed. And they supposedly did an oil change.the oil was low and showed no signs of being replaced.they so worried about selling u on stuff u don't need. That they're not doing their job even when your paying them 3 times of everyone around.unsatisfied totally don't do it go somewhere else.
