Provided by YPmobileI've been to many buffets but this was the worse. Although the price was fairly reasonable, the service was terrible. Unknowningly a tip was automatically charged to our bill and when my husband questioned it no one could explain what it was based upon. It was only explained that is what is charged. I've read many reviews but no one failed to mention the cart the food was being carted on, the last shelf was close to the floor and its a good possibility it probably had dust in it from rolling it across the floor. Literally that's how close the tray of food was on the bottom shelf of the cart. We had concerns but not even the manager took the time to try and reconciled matters. If you are one lookong for excellence in service, I wouldn't recommend this buffett.

Provided by YPmobileI decided to try this place since it was relatively new and the price is undenialably cheap, but I guess what you pay for is what you get. The food was horrible; it was either too salty or too sweet. The sushi was gross and was not fresh. And they did not offer the all the foods that were advertised that made me wanted to try this place in the first place. The staff was rude and the food sucked. I am never coming back here again. If you are looking for actually good asian food, I suggest the New Bamboo Fusion. They have never disappointed me, and everything is fresh and tasty.

Provided by YP.comWe have visited this establishment many times and love it. The fact that the manager had enough courage to stand up to what is a safety hazard makes me want to return! I am very sympathetic to those with disabilities, but others people's safety and sanitation regulations must be upheld. Good job Kevin!!

Provided by YP.comOn July 1, 2012 at approximately 5 pm, my sister Amy and her husband Andy Joannou were dining at the Teppanyaki Grill and Supreme Buffet in Clementon, NJ. Andy has Tourette Syndrome and is always very mindful of informing all those around of his disability. During their visit, Andy was told by the manager, Kevin Yung, to return to his seat and that his wife (Amy) would have to get his food. He was again informed of Andy’s disability and that Andy had not “spit in the food” as the manager had accused him of. Kevin did not care and claimed he was not discriminating against someone with a disability. Other patrons who had witnessed the altercation left, not wanting to patronize some place that would so blatantly discriminate.
I contacted the establishment with my concerns; in the hopes of an apology for what I thought might have been a misunderstanding. The young lady who answered was mortified and apologized for “herself, the staff, and the establishment”. She then transferred the call to the manager, Kevin, who again did not see the error of his ways and was unapologetic.
I am contacting as many news agencies in the hopes that this atrocity can be made aware to the public, and that discrimination like this can be averted.
