On Monday, Feb 23, I dropped offa manual wheelchair. I asked them to inspect it and do a tune up. They told me it would be ready by the next day. On Tuesday, Feb. 24 at 11:30 AM I placed a call. I left a message on their answering machine asking them ti give me a call. Nothing happened. I called at least 10 other times with absolutely no response.

I finally called and told them that I was coming to pick up the chair. The manager could not have been more ignorant or arrogant. He made it appear that everything was my fault. I asked him why he could not return a call. He told me that he had other calls to return. He told me never to return. He did not want or need me as a customer. He gave me the chair and told me he would not charge me. Then he told me to leave the store and never to return. I am 66 years old and have never been treated this poorly in any of my business dealings. He was the most arrogant and ignorant emplolyee that I have ever dealt with. I had a friend with me who could not believe the treatment that I received. I used this business in the past; but I will never use it in the future. I did not deserve to be treated in such a manner.
