This is my first year using Dorothy's Tax Service. I have not received my tax return for 3 months. Finally, the IRS sent me a request for a 1095-A. Why did Dorothy's Tax Service not mention the 1095-A in the beginning, when filing my taxes? Now I have been trying to reach them for 2 weeks to try to get this 1095-A completed so that I can mail it to the IRS but they will not answer or return my calls. I will not be using Dorothy's Tax Service in the future. Once they get paid, that's it. Don't ask for help thereafter because you won't receive it.
