Poor service , Cynthia was the worse waitress I been there since opening and today was the worse service ever !!! The manager did not even ask what happen and why I was not satisfied . Lost this customer and I will use on my social media

Manager needs coutomer service class

The morning manager was extremely rude when handling a to go order problem. When the waitress told him we could no longer wait for our order(that was paid for and made wrong the fist time, after waiting 15 min.) We were told if you don't want to wait,"Have a nice day". Then he screamed at a cook and brought out our order, threw it in a bag and never once said a word to us! Not even a sorry you had to wait!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We won't be returning to that IHop.
