I bought two living social deals for this salon. One for myself and one for my
Mom. I had relatively no problems getting my hair colored, however, the charged me an extra $60 long hair fee... When my hair is only 5 inches below my shoulders. And my mom has been trying to book an apt for hers. She has left multiple voicemails and finally went up there to be told rudely they aren't honoring the deal. The lady was rude, hostile and just plain ignorant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The owner Corey is a great hairstylist. He is also great with color. The location is odd and sketchy from the outside, which is why I only gave it 4 stars, but the interior is nice and pleasant with beautiful local artwork displayed on the walls.

I had to cancel a pedicure appt with Julie. I had a Groupon to try the salon. She refused to reschedule me! Guess she doesn't need the business ? She was very rude. Also the place looks a little trashy....not very appealing !

Their customer service is terrible. I called to reschedule my appointment. They didn't log it correctly and counted me as a no show. They refused to reschedule without me paying $120 for a missed appointment.

I have always received nothing but amazing service from the salon. The entire staff is friendly and inviting and make you feel very comfortable. I will continue to take my business here and recommend Salon Brio every chance I get.
