Usually food is good - but service is one of the worse I have ever seen at any McDonalds. Tried it time and time - but given up. Will drive out of my way to go to any other McDonalds. Went to drive-in this morning at 8:19 - no cars in drivein - I am the sole car in the drivein. Pay drive up to the window to get my Sausage Egg & Cheese McGriddle. No one is at the window. Still no one is the drive in but me. I look in the lobby - 1 client is being served. Still no one in the drive in but me and no one still at the window. 2 girls are talking - but no one comes to the window. I drive off after a few minutes. Donated my last $3.48 to McDonalds. My last visit to Clemson McDonalds.

This is the third time I've ordered a "Butter Bisquit" and it was not even cut much less buttered. With the price they charge this is completely unacceptable. How hard is it to cut and butter a bisquit then charge a dollar????

The slogan may be "I'm lovin' it" but in reality, I was anything but lovin' it. A simple order, no fancy requests, turned into a mess. After going over the order 3 times, it was still wrong when I got the food. I have worked in fast food before, and this is not acceptable.
