Make sure you love the item before making the purchase! I was unable to get a refund even though owner admitted that the no refund policy was not printed on the receipt, the no return policy sign was covered up by a flyer on the wall, and the sales associate stood in front of smaller sign behind counter. I brought back the purchase the next day, unworn, with original tags attached and receipt as it was not my style and I was not comfortable with the outfit. I was told that they don't do refunds because it negatively effects their accounting books and that I should try to find someone who might want to buy my exchange credit. Seems like they are more concerned with keeping money from high pressure sales rather than making a customer happy in hopes of future business. I will not be returning.

I love Sassy's! The shop is full of fun, unique and beautiful items. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the amount of great "Clemson" items is an added attraction! It's a fun place to shop and hard to leave empty handed!
