The staff I encountered ( front desk and x-ray tech ) were very pleasant and efficient. I was taken for my chest x-ray within less than 10 min. of checking in. This was my second appointment with Clermont Radiology within a year & due to the positive experiences, I will be using them for all my radiology needs.

They were busy and there was a line when I went in. Within a few minutes though, I was checked in. Simple and easy. Professional and friendly. Best part was the radiologist didn't leave bruises on my arm when he put the contrast in for a CT scan. Was a drive for me but well worth it. Price was good too. Out of all the places I've been to over the years for imaging procedures, this was by far the best. Wished I didn't live 45 minutes away!

First thing I look when I go to the Dr.'s office...the place look clean...organized...and the people that work there have a positive attitude and to be always there for the patient...this places is number ONE to me and I belive to others too. im be bless.

All people in the office are very professional as well as the technicians. They all are friendly and concerning.

I was in and out in no time at all, everyone was very courteous and informative. would definitely recommend them to friends and family. they made it a pleasent experience.

Rude front desk staff. Billing and medical records department not helpful. They called me to reschedule my set appointment twice. Poor overall experience.

Consistently over charges on co-payment.

Inability to share results on line with Doctors.



First negative encounter with Clermont Radiology was two years ago, unbeknownst to me over charged me for co-payment, then billing department sent my account to a collections agency, when I got demand letter I contacted billing department, they reviewed account and stated it was a mistake and Clermont Radiology actually owed me money and refund check would be sent, took over a month to get check but they did clear up credit agency letter and sent refund check.



Recently my son went for MRI, they over charged on co-pay again, I know this as South Lake Hospital did MRI for me and co-pay was only $20.00. Figure bite my tongue and wait for refund check. Have not received refund check so I called office manager, Tomin Restivid (spelling is wrong), he left message telling me to call Pam in billing department, which I did today.



Follows is general tone of conversation with aggressive woman in billing:



ME: Good morning I was told to call you to follow up on a refund for a MRI co-pay over charge.



Pam: Who told you to call me? (This was stated in an aggressive tone)



ME: Your office manager



Pam: What was his name?



ME: Miss, I am just trying to get my refund, that is why I called you



Pam: Name of patient, DOB?



ME: I provided requested info



Pam: There is a check in the accounting office for refund



ME: Then mail it out



Pam: I t will be when it is ready



ME: Thought you said there was a check in the accounting office



This turned up the level of antagonism significantly.



Pam did state that South Lake Hospital does have a better relationship with the insurance company, ergo the ability to charge the correct co-pay. Well, logic dictates if SLH has a better relationship with the insurers why not use SLH.



IN short she was rude antagonistic, aggressive and Clermont Radiology always over charges, then you have to chase it down and wait months for refund.



No one in my family will ever go there again. South Lake Hospital provides All the services that Clermont Radiology does with the level of professionalism that one would expect from a medical services provider.



Additionally most doctors can tap into South Lake Hospitals system and review the images on line. Not an option for Clermont Radiology.



Years ago Clermont Radiology was first class, they changed owners and now the billing and insurance departments are pathetic.



Service was provided on 8/21, today is 10/09, forty days no refund and aggressive staff members, I will happily give all my business to any other provider.



The staff that do the procedures are very pleasant and professional, but the back office is operated in a non-professional manner.



Do not let your primary care provider refer you to Clermont Radiology, tell them you want to go to South Lake Hospital, where you will be treated as a patient should be and the billing department will treat you as a human being, less money out of pocket, access for your doctor on line. None of which occurs at Clermont Radiology.



Have a great meal you might tell one person have a bad meal and you will tell 10 people about it. I have had two bad meals at Clermont Radiology, guess how many people I'm going to tell.

That's right, my user name is my name, no secret handle, I stand behind all my comments.

This place likes to rob you. It has taken my copay three times and does not like to give it back when the insurance company says I did not have to pay it. I am still waiting for my $50 that they have had over a year now. Check your benefit statements from your insurance companies when you deal with these crooks.

Would give this business 6 stars. Excellent Professional Pleasant Staff. Very nice Equipment. Did not have to wait. The Technician Explained everything was quick

and simple. Top Notch Equipment would go back there for any other Diagnostics.

6 STAR !!!!! I couldn't even begin to tell you how helpful every staff member was at Clermont Radiology. Ive had scans at many center before and ive never seen such high end quality equipment with such fantastic customer serivce at the same time. My needs and concerns were every staff members 1st priority. I was greeted from the moment I walked into the door to the moment I walk out. I never thought getting scans would be so pleasant.
