Excellent customer service. Excellent work performed on my pool heater. They went out of their way to find a part to repair my pool heater.

I paid over $500 to have them put in freon. Was told for $106 more I could have a leak test.....which I was going to do because the freon is obviously leaking......until the tech told me that it was most likely a bad coil ($3000) and I might as well go ahead and replace the unit (even more $$)! Then he said that if the lines in the attic were leaking that they couldn't be repaired but that they would have to replace all of the lines. Naturally, in less than 24 hours, all of the freon that he had SUPPOSEDLY put in my unit had leaked out. I called a different company who found the leak and repaired it (in the attic). Do not hire these people!!! Their technicians are apparently on commission!

I paid $270 and had freon installed. 3 months later it was all leaked out, when I called them back they wanted more money for the same service and told me that I refused to fix the leak...why the heck would I pay for coolant if I dont fix the leak?? I was never told there was a cracked valve.



Do not hire these people.

We need our AC moved. One company came out and quoted us 400 dollars. It's a brand new house so my husband wanted to go with Del-Air so that the labour warranty on the AC would still be in place. First off they charge 80 dollars to come out and quote, which is nasty. They guy comes out and quotes us 1,500 dollars!! No kidding. For the 1,100 dollar difference we can get get a lot of labor done in the two years we would've had the warranty... Needles to say we just dumped 80 bucks in the toilet and will call the other company.
