The print department was amazing and did amazing job with my project for my kids. They took the time to help me and showed me the best format to print it out on a board. Nice presentation!

First I would like to say office depot really has been a great place to shop in the past, Never pushy and the employees always treat you in a friendly manner. Just recently the other day I went in there to find out what I needed to do to get a replacement for a piece of computer ram that I purchased from this store, (it has a lifetime warranty). To my dismay the clerk working the register was the manager and had a real attitude with my inquirey about the ram and went off about only 14 day exchange warranty on the item that I had for over a year. So I shrugged it off, and figured maybe someone tried to pull a fast one on her earlier that day. I then went to check the price for a replacement rather than worry about the warranty and decided to purchase one. I asked the Electronics manager or employee that was standing there to locate the specific ram that I had removed from my computer. He indicated the cost for this item would be 27.99. I was supprised at how cheap it was so I decided to purchase it, after previously purchasing the item for 99 dollars a year earlier. Went to cash out the price was 99 dollars! so I questioned her and went back to the location of the item and realized they had incorrectly stocked their own shelf. Even the electronics manager said he would sell it to me for the price was indicated on the shelf. The store manager then began to rearange the shelf with an attitude while she did it and said with an attitude that no I was wrong the price is 99 dollars like she said and thats it. No appology for having the items missplaced on the shelfs, just an attitude like I had missplaced them in an effort to get the item for a reduced price. All while the employee/ manager that helped me locate the item stuck up for me. So needless to say she had real attitude and I will never go there again. Moral of the story is the manager is supposed to be nice not a B*tch.
