Based upon the fact that my husband and I go into the above Panera Bread approximately 5 times per week, I feel I can give a good assessment of the condition of the store.

I cannot tell you the last time the floor, tables and the seat cushions were cleaned. There is wood behind the upper and lower seat backs which I wonder if they were ever cleaned. I once asked an assistant manager to please come and clean a table for me as there were NO clean tables in the store, she gave me a dirty look....I mentioned the fact that several of the employees, her included, were just standing talking and there were no clean tables. She did come and clean one for me without apologizing for the condition.

The ladies restroom also has a terrible odor which I know could have a deoderizer in place and that would take care of that issue.

We enjoy visiting Panera and having breakfast or lunch, reading the paper and relaxing, but due to the above conditions, I feel that the store is deteriorating in cleanliness and I question what the rest of the store is like behind the counters and in the food preparation areas.
