I went to the office in Clermont, and I will NOT be returning. It was an absolute nightmare. The doctor treated me like I was some addict looking for a fix when this was the first time he EVER saw me and didn’t know anything about me, the Medical assistant I had had the personality of a rock. Then the doctor prescribed me a medication that needed a prior authorization, boy what a nightmare that was to even try to talk to someone about it. I called 4 different times about it and do you think I got a return call?? Now way!! Whenever you call, you get some call center with people answering the phone that barely understand English. I would avoid this place at all costs!!
