I'm really disappointed in the lack of communication from the folks at Pro Tech. Techs came out and looked at the things we needed fixed, promised a call the next week with some quotes.

Waited around the following week, no call. I called at the end of the week and was told there was a meeting that day about all our repairs and they would have a tech call me to discuss.

That was three weeks ago. I guess my repairs (and my money) aren't important to them. Will be using someone else.
