I had a bad experience. Fair warning if you go with them. I got home insurance through them on 12/15. I got an email on 3/16 from Cynthia saying I need to purchase another $200-$300 in wind and roof reports. I replied asking why and I even attached the home inspection done a few months prior which clearly said the roof was in great shape. I got no reply. The following week I got a letter saying coverage is going to be canceled in two weeks. I was shocked and called and left messages never hearing anything back. I don't know what to say. Never been treated like that before by a company. Got insurance with another provider just fine. They said the roof was fine but some companies try to gauge you for things.

I was with State Farm for the past 15 years and was tired of the constant rate increases year after year. I finally gave up and started shopping online. I found Southern Insurance Group online. I filled out a 10 second quote form and they called me to gather my info. I ended up saving over 700 which was about half of waht I was paying. They quoted and wrote my auto insurance and I saved 30% there as well. I strongly recommend doing business with this company.

I was referred to this group for health insurance, I gave them a call and spoke with Tom, for the first time, someone was able to explain coverages to me in a way that I understand. He saved me money and put me in a plan that I will actually use. He also quoted my auto insurance and had an unbelievable rate for my teenaged son. I saved $2200 PER YEAR on my auto after being with the same company since I was 16.
