My experience was not what I expected from a RCI resort timeshare. I was book in the wrong room and was greeted by guest living in room when my wife and I got to the room. We were given another room and was not completed satisfied with the appearance and room condition. There were soil furniture, floors were not clean and Jacuzzi tub was small.My wife and I were assigned another room ( one bedroom condo ) and could not rest because bedroom are on the walkway. We spend one night in that room an paid to upgraded to a two bedroom condo and was very disappointed with the dirty floors, broken lighting, mildew on shower walls and polyurethane smell coming from master bedroom headboard. I must say that management was very polite and pleasant with trying to accommodate my and I with what rooms they had available. I truly appreciated their kindness and concerns in trying too make us comfortable and our stay enjoyable. I truly think that RCI need an inspector of rooms for quality control for their timeshare owners. My wife and I was truly sadden to experience such bad living conditions. We pay our hard earn money for maintenance fees and housekeeping care and expect to have a wonderful away from home experience.

i would not tell anyone to get rooked in,, the phone call is as far as i got and sounded too good to be true, well they gave me verbally, a deal of 4days n 3 nites for $179.00 at the Orlando FL resort only, ok sounds great, but i told them i would have to talk it over with my husband first and call back, they then added 3day n 2 nites to be used separately at any summer bay resort free, all could be used within a year.. i still insisted i had to call back after discussing with my husband of 36 years, he told me no i had to accept immediately an give him my credit card number and no call back or them to call me back, and hung up on me. I believe both men were rude and the more we talked the more my radar said NO WAY, we are elderly n live on fixed income, and i will never give out info when being PRESSURED on the phone. if this company is for real and the deal is for real, they need to be more accomadating for spouses to discuss and call back. thank u for ur offer but no thanks to stealing our money

This resort is loaded with family fun. There is also good fun at the two poolside bars for the adults. The room was very spacious and very well kept. My only complaint is with the sales staff. They did not honor what was promised to me for "doing a meeting where the future of Summer Bay Resort is heading" truth was it was the sale pitch I expected. Honestly the resort is fantastic. The best that I have stayed in Florida.

We stayed at Summer Bay Resort in Orlando for a week in Dec. 2011. It was so AMAZING that our friend, whom we vacationed with, purchased a time share. We had shuttles to the Disney Parks, however, there was so much to do at Summer Bay we need another week just to relax in the condo. The staff was so friendly & helpful. We were surrounded by smiles. We recommend it to anyone looking to visit Orlando!

this is the most beautiful place i ever stayed in i had a 2 bedroom condo and in the master bedroom there was a jacuzzi in the middle of the floor that alone took my breath away i felt like i was living in luxury i got my daquri and soaked in the jacuzzi and it was very relaxing, the kids had more than enough of room because they had a room of thier own which provided two beds and a t.v. so they of course stayed occupied and out of my way not to mention the big fully equiped kitchen i also brung my friend with me and she had the living room with a pull out sofa and flatscreen t.v. all to herself so everyone was comfortable and had a wonderful time and thats just the room please don't forget the amenities you have to see it to believe it me personally i give it a 5 star nothing less.

Terrible phone waiting time I waited on hold for 50 minutes then was disconnected for the second time. When I called back they wanted to transfer me again to the call center.
