most helpful, most friendly, great selection and honestly interested in seeing my wife and I get the right bikes for us. We had visited other local stores and found them either disinterested or lacking products. The cycling hub had several options of bikes and the associates spent time telling is the difference and let us try out the models before we decided. They showed us helmets and some other bike accessories but didn't make us feel pressured at all. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them. I think we may even join them on their Saturday morning ride.

The people working at this store are the most arrogant, unfriendly, unhelpful associates I have ever come across in a retail store. They consistently try to up-sell you on products even though you may not need what they are showing you. For instance, more than once I asked a simple question of whether or not they stocked a certain product and the associate's responses were along the lines of "You don't want that product, this one is a much better quality, etc." Well, that's not what I asked for in the first place.



Another selling tactic of theirs is to bash and degrade the competition whether it's another store or product line they don't offer. They wouldn't give me the benefits of the product and bikes that they do carry, but would only tell me the negatives about the bikes and products sold at other locations.



I cycle for exercise and enjoyment, I do not use my bicycle for triathalons or anything extreme, yet these people consistently try to sell me their most expensive equipment even though they do not meet my needs. I understand they are running a business, but they need to start listening to what the customer actually NEED and then that might be a start. However, when I walk through the door and they greet me by saying "What do you want?" it might take a little more effort.



My husband and I won't ever be returning to this store.
