Provided by YP.comA company that writes its own review should be an immediate warning. Found their service to be unprofessional and inexperienced. Called out for a pet stain and they actually made it worse. They wet the carpet (and left it wet) then covered up the smell with deodorizer which wore off within a day. Then they just said if you have dogs its just something you will have to get used to --- What kind of statement is that. I will not use again. Other companies I have used did a fine job on issues like this so I know its possible.
we are sorry to hear that you was not pleased,after 2 attempts to resolve this matter, when we explain to you that is a job for encapsulation and that the price we charge you was for 4 couches and 1 room carpet clean could not compensated for the encapsulation job that you will need to remove dogs odors and urine on sub floor,more than one accident. sorry you feel that way
